We guarantee your items will arrive in new and working condition. If any item sustains damage during shipping we will work with you to file a claim with the postal carrier (please keep original packaging and take pictures of the damage), once we have pictures we will make sure you have a replacement item, parts shipped, or will work with you to repair / replace the item.
If the product is unworking, not what you ordered etc... We will work with you to repair / replace the item. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if a return is necessary, in the event that it is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Each item in our shop is custom handmade and so we do not accept buyers remorse returns. When an order is placed you are commissioning us to build you a piece, and if the item is delivered, as ordered, we cannot accept a return. If you change your mind, or what you have ordered does not fit, we are more than happy to perform alterations and in some cases offer an exchange for another item in our shop, you would need to cover return and exchange shipping costs.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
